Enroll Or Change Your Product

You can use the secure online form below, or contact the supplier, at (866) 968-8065 to enroll in one of the Avon Community Electricity Aggregation (CEA) program or to change option. Once service has begun, your choice will be reflected on your following month’s electricity bill. Please note that based on your meter read date, it may take up to two months for your enrollment to be reflected on your National Grid bill.

If you’re already enrolled in Avon CEA, use the form below to switch to your preferred  product. How do you know if you are already participating in Avon CEA? Review your electricity bill: it should say Direct-Avon in the Supplier section.

Please note: If you are a new medium, large or very large business customer, or have previously opted out of the Program, the supplier has the option to offer a market price. Market prices will be offered by the electricity supplier in writing, and you will not be enrolled in that price unless you affirmatively accept.

Be sure to use the name and service address associated with the account. Thank you for participating in the Avon CEA Program.

Located in the Enrollment Information section in the left hand column of your National Grid bill (usually the first four letters of the last name associated with the residential account). The code is unlabeled but is listed in capital letters after the Cycle.
